Narrative
George Frederick was a carrier living in Townsville at the time of his marriage which was performed in his own house according to the rites of the Congregational Church. The officiating minister was William Gray. The witnesses to the marriage were George and Margaret FOSTER.
I have not been able to establish the connection between the witnesses and George and Mary Ann, nor who they were, as in maiden name for Margaret FOSTER.
It was 117 years, 11 months and 25 days after George died when his great grandson, Greg DAVIS, visited his grave.
