Mrs. Fred Merrin, Ravenshoe, extends her sincere thanks to all kind friends and relatives for floral tributes, telegrams and messages of condolence in the recent sad loss of her beloved mother, Frances Ethel Davis.
The sons and daughters of the late Frances Ethel Davis, sincerely thank the attending Doctor, Matron, Sisters and Nursing Staff of the Herberton Hospital, the Rev. Toft, and all relatives and friends for their kindness and expressions of sympathy.

FRANCES ETHEL DAVIS late of Ravenshoe In the State of Queensland, Widow, deceased. AFTER fourteen clear days from today, DUDLEY GEORGE DAVIS of Tully Falls Road, Ravenshoe in the State of Queensland, Butcher, and ETHEL ISABEL MERRIN of Moore Street, Ravenshoe aforesaid, Wife of William Frederick Merrin, the lawful son and daughter of the said deceased, and the Executors appointed by the deceased's Will dated the Twenty-third day of August, 1946, will apply to The Supreme Court of Queensland at Townsville for Probate of the said Will. Any person interested who desires to object to the application or to be heard upon it may file a caveat in the Registry at any time before the Grant is made.
