A Christina VIEL died Thursday, 12 June 1884 and a Frances TAYLOR (nee HORNE) died Tuesday, 16 May 1893 and both were buried in the same plot as Charles.

This is the contents of an email from Heather Pritchard

I am researching the Wiseman family and have been tracing the descendants of Richard Wiseman (c1752-1808) and Elizabeth Burnham of St Luke Old Street, Finsbury, London, England.  They had 11 children that I have found; the 1st, James Richard, died at just over 2 months old, the 2nd was Richard Thomas, born 22 Aug 1790, bap 19 Sep 1790 at St Luke Old Street & buried 8 Jun 1824 at Bunhill Fields.

On 23 Apr 1811 Richard Thomas married Susannah Elizabeth Webb at St Mary Newington.  They had 4 children, of which the 3rd was Louisa Wiseman, bap 25 Jan 1818 at Clerkenwell St James & died 12 Jun 1887 in Hackney, London.

Louisa married on 23 Dec 1840 Charles Christopher Newcomb the son of Christopher and Martha Newcomb, at St John the Baptist Hoxton.  They had about 9 children, the oldest of which was Charles Christopher.  I have been unable to find him in England after the 1861 census, but he seems to tie in nicely with the one who lived in Queensland and married Catherine Hutton.  His children having similar names to other members of the family.  His oldest surviving sibling was Patty Louisa, then Louisa, Susannah Elizabeth (Named after grandmother Susanna Elizabeth Webb presumably), Jane, Thomas Richard & Christopher William.  Of these only Louisa married, she married a John David Martin.  There were also a couple that died as babies.

WARWICK PROBATE

PARTIALLY BLIND EXECUTORS

In the matter of the will and codicil of Catherine Newcomb, late of Warwick, widow, the Deputy Registrar of the Supreme Court (Mr. J. S. Emerson) yesterday referred to the Chief Justice (Sir James Blair) the question whether executors named in the will, Margaret Louisa Amies, wife of George Amies, daughter of the testator, and Charles Christopher Newcomb, son of the testator, were capable of taking a grant of probate. Mr. B. Papi (Messrs. Bergin, Papi, and Finn, as town agents for Messrs. Flower, Brennan, Fraser, and Wright, of Warwick) appeared for the executors. Deceased died on February 8 leaving realty of £876, and personalty of £1272. Medical evidence was adduced that Margaret Amies was almost totally blinded and crippled, but she was capable of carrying out her duties in conjunction with some other person. Medical evidence also stated that the other executor, Charles Newcomb, was partially blind, but his blindness was of comparatively recent development, but he was sufficiently well to move about town without assistance, and was mentally active and capable of going about his business as a plumber. The Chief Justice granted probate, to the executors, Margaret Louisa Amies, and Charles Christopher Newcomb.
