COOKSLEY.— Lieutennant William John Farmer Cooksley, 47th Battalion, A.I.F., eldest beloved son of Mr. and Mrs. W. P. Cooksley, Hallam, Manson road, Hendra, killed in action in France on the 5th April, 1918, aged 26 years.
