WEDDING. LEWIS - ARROWSMITH. A very pretty wedding was celebrated on March 23, the contracting parties being Miss Emma Arrowsmith, only daughter of Mr and Mrs Robert Arrowsmith, of Cameron Villa, South Townsville, and Mr Albert T. Lewis, of Oolbun, and eldest son of Mr and Mrs G. Lewis, of Ingham, the officiating priest being the Rev. Father McLachlan. The bride, who was given away by her father, looked very attractive in a dainty frock of while satin with smart overdress of shadow lace draped and trimmed prettily with pearls and orange blossoms and finished with a stylish silk belt and train. A beautifully embroidered veil and wreath of orange blossoms (kindly lent by Mrs H. Johns) completed the costume. She carried, a handsome shower bouquet of while flowers and ferns, the gift of her brother, Mr F. Arrowsmith. There were four bridesmaids, the chief being Miss Maud McLean, who wore a pretty frock of white lace finished with silk sash, a small white hat with up standing tangarine ostrich mount at back. Miss Lily Brown wore a dainty frock of cream lace with touches of tangerine and finished with a pretty silk bolt and a smart little mob cap of ninon straw and flowers. Miss Muriel Stephenson, cousin of the bride wore a pretty frock of pale blue silk draped and trimmed with chantilly lace and Insertion, silk band on hair. Miss Gertie Wakeham also wore a pretty pale blue crep de chine with tartan and touches of fur, and on her head a pretty mob cap of net. All the brides maids carried bouquets, while the two first named wore lockets and chains, the gifts of the bridegroom. The brother of the bridegroom, Mr Harold Lewis assisted as best man and Mr Frank Kelly performed the duly as grooms man. After the ceremony the bridal party motored to the residence or the bride's parents, where the wedding breakfast was partaken of. The usual toasts were proposed and responded to. Mr Frank Kelly, acting in the capacity of chairman proposed the toast of the bride and bridegroom. After the break - fast a pleasant evening was spent in singing and games until the hour of 10 p.m., when the newly-married couple motored to the Jetty wharf and sailed by the Wodonga for Sydney to spend their honeymoon. The bride travelled In a navy coat and skirt and a smart velvet hat, with bows of oriental ribbon velvet. The presents received by the happy couple were numerous and costly, including several cheques. The bridegroom's gift to the bride was a pretty marquese ring set with pearls and diamonds. The bride's gift to the bridegroom was a gold mounted foun tain pen.

GRAYSON.-On the 25th instant, at Crossen Farm, Gladfield, the residence of her son-in-law, William Whittle Groves, after a lingering illness, in her 77th year, Mary Ann, relict of the late Thomas Grayson, of Unix, Stewartstown, Connty Tyrone, Ireland.

John GRAYSON
There is a birth of an Eva Mary and the death of a Mary I. GODFREY in 1865 to George GODFREY and Elizabeth DAVIS. A George GODEFREY died in 1866.  In February 1867 an Elizabeth GODFREY married a John DENNY.  A John DENNY died in October 1867 and an Elizabeth DENNY married a Peter McCORMICK in 1872.   The first child born to Peter McCORMACK and Elizabeth DAVIS was in June 1873.
