The keeper of the four-mile gate, on the railway line, named Spinks, died suddenly on Tuesday. It appears that the deceased had followed a swarm of bees into an adjoining paddock shortly after the morning train passed, and in a few minutes afterwards was discovered lying on the ground dead, with a slight cut on the hoed as if occasioned by a fall. It is not considered necessary to hold an inquest on the body, as the evidence of Dr. Lossberg certifies to the fact of deceased having died from apoplexy.
